Refund Policy

The short version

If your consultation isn't worth what you paid, reply to the email thread and say so. We'll offer a revised pass at no charge, or refund you. We'd rather have an honest critic than keep your money.

How it works

Before delivery: cancel any time before we deliver your consultation for a full refund, no questions asked.
After delivery: tell us within 14 days of delivery that the work fell short and why. We'll either revise the consultation or refund the amount you paid — your choice.
Custom engagements: refund terms for multi-week engagements are set out in the scope email you approve before paying; unstarted portions are always refundable.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment processor, typically within 5–10 business days of our confirmation email.
