These terms govern your use of pca-consultants.com and the consulting services provided by PCA Consultants LLC ("PCA Consultants," "we," "us"). By emailing us or purchasing a consultation, you agree to them.
PCA Consultants provides written business consulting delivered by email. You send us information about your business; we reply with a written consultation. Service tiers, indicative price ranges, and turnaround estimates are described on our homepage. The exact scope and fixed price for your engagement are confirmed by email before you pay.
Your first email costs nothing. We respond with a recommendation and a fixed quote. Work begins after you accept the quote and payment is received. Payment is collected by email invoice through our payment processor, Stripe, either on Stripe's hosted invoice page or through our payment portal at pay.pca-consultants.com; we never ask for card details on this website or in plain-text email, and we never see or store your card number. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Our consultations are professional business opinions based on the information you provide and our own research. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and we make no guarantee of any specific business result. Decisions you take based on our advice are yours.
You retain all rights to the information you send us. We treat what you share as confidential, use it only to prepare your consultation, and do not sell it or share it with third parties except the service providers who run our email and payments. The written consultation we deliver is yours to keep and use within your business.
If a consultation is not worth what you paid, reply to the thread and tell us. We will make it right with a revised pass or a refund, as described in our refund policy.
We may decline any engagement, including businesses operating unlawfully or requests to produce misleading content. If we decline after you have paid, you receive a full refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a consultation is limited to the amount you paid for that consultation.
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from its "last updated" date. Material changes do not apply retroactively to engagements already paid for.
